Desserts range from housemade green plum and chamomile ice creams to a playful strawberry shortbread sandwich and a twisted donut filled with banana custard. Led by Jhonel Faelner, the beverage program spotlights traditional Korean sool, served neat or shaken into inventive cocktails.
