INDAY is an East Coast-based restaurant group inspired by the warm hospitality and vibrant flavors of India's culinary diaspora. Founded in 2015 by Basu Ratnam, a native New Yorker of Indian heritage, INDAY’s menu incorporates home-cooked recipes from Basu’s Kolkata-born mother and Hyderabadi father with newer interpretations of classic dishes—all guided by the concept of good karma: good ingredients and good energy make for better living.

This includes nourishing seasonal bowls and curries packed with wholesome ingredients, freshly baked naan, and an assortment of items made in-house, like our mango lassis, bright salads, and chai and spritzes.
